About

My name, Seema, means “boundaries” in Sanskrit—a concept that has deeply shaped both my personal journey and my work as a therapist. As a second-generation immigrant, I’ve spent much of my life navigating the space between cultures: honoring my family’s traditions while carving out my own identity in a new environment. As a mother, I continue this exploration daily, balancing evolving generational values and cultural expectations.

These experiences have given me a profound respect for the ways boundaries shape who we are and how we connect with others. I bring this understanding, along with my professional training, to my work with clients facing challenges related to relationships, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and grief.
I am a master’s-level clinician currently working toward full licensure under supervision. My approach to therapy is both evidence-based and deeply human. I often incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while maintaining a warm, person-centered approach that meets each client where they are. My background also includes experience in psychometry, trauma work, and domestic violence advocacy.

Whether you’re looking to strengthen your relationships, navigate the complexities of parenthood, or find stability during a major life change, therapy can be a space to explore what balance and boundaries mean for you. My goal is to help you discover what works best for your life, your values, and your relationships—because there’s no one-size-fits-all path to growth.
